ATTENTION VENDORS & ATTENDEES: Due to the current pandemic we must make changes to the Heart of Virginia Festival. The HOVF committee has spoken to our community partners. The 2021 festival has been cancelled for September 18th. Updates will be posted on the website and on our Facebook page. We miss you!
